An overcrowded city at the time of the Grand Prix, Monaco is, for a weekend, completely saturated. Overloaded road traffic, impossible to park. You cannot let these "details" spoil your fun.
Crowds are not the only reason for traffic problems. GP officials watch all exits scrupulously, which makes accesses even more difficult, indeed impossible.
